The mission of Barney Neighborhood House is to enhance the lives of the citizens of the District of Columbia by providing social services, healthcare, and education with special emphasis on elderly, youth, and the mentally challenged.

We believe our first responsibility is to provide programs and services for senior citizens and the mentally challenged in our community and all others who can benefit from our services.
