The Board of Trustees consists of men and women representative of the residential and business community. The Board meets monthly, every second Thursday, and determines policies affecting staff, finances, program direction and facilities. Nominations for Board membership may be submitted to the membership committee where they will be given fair consideration for election to the Board of Trustees. The Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees is held on the 2nd Thursday of July.
